Terms and Conditions
1. Payments:
All payments should be made via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Letter of Credit (L/C), in compliance with relevant country regulations.
2. Reference:
Ensure that the Proforma Invoice Number is included in the reference field of the TT/SWIFT/L/C application.
3.Proof of Payment:
Please email proof of payment to Ali Trader Co, Ltd. for verification purposes.
4. Reservation Period:
If the payment or L/C is not completed within 7 days or as agreed, the reserved vehicle may be sold to another buyer.
5. Bank Charges:
The customer is responsible for covering all issuing and correspondence bank charges.
6. Shipment Date:
Shipment is expected within 3 weeks after payment confirmation or after the conditions of the L/C have been fulfilled.
7. Shipping Documents:
Original documents required for customs clearance will be couriered or surrendered upon receipt of full payment.
8. Payment Delays:
Ali Trader Co, Ltd. will not be responsible for any delays or penalties resulting from late payments by the customer.
9. Yard Fees:
Yard fees of JPY 250 per day (converted to USD) will be charged for any delays in payment or in opening the L/C.
10. Full Payment:
To avoid any changes or penalties, full payment must be made at least 10 days before the ship arrives.
